Once you’ve downloaded this adorable FREE resource, it’s time to print! We highly recommend using cardstock—it makes your poster more durable and helps it last longer on display in the hallway.

Hand out the individual pieces to your students and encourage them to color every inch of their square. These posters look best when they’re fully colored with lots of bright, bold detail!

After coloring, cut out the squares and begin assembling your poster. Align the pieces in order, then flip each row over and use masking tape on the back to hold it together. It takes just a few extra minutes, but it keeps everything secure and looking great!

This activity is not only a fun creative outlet—it also promotes teamwork, collaboration, and classroom community from the start. 💛
